Is there a bike helpline service?

Yes, there are random service offerings by private service providers, but subject to variations in terms of availability at locations, time taken to reach the location and the range of services offered. For 2-wheeler riders, in particular, cost is also a big consideration which is mostly high & thus therefore undesirable.

Does any company offer tyre related service?

It is a boon for 2-wheeler riders and the service is completely free.

How can a rider avail the service?

It’s simple. When a buyer purchases a Steelbird Tyre, he/she is registered on the database and given a unique product code which is also printed on the product. In the event of a puncture, the rider has to just call the toll-free helpline, give the code number reference and wait for just a few minutes before help arrives on site.

He has defied the status quo to emerge as the Executive Director of Steelbird International, a renowned name in the Indian industrial diaspora. Already regarded as one of the young bright stars on the horizon, Manav has risen through the ranks to his current capacity in a remarkably short span of time, on the strength of his stellar professional achievements. He is today justifiably entrusted with the task of managing and controlling overall business operations of the company.

Manav’s professional timeline traces back to 2005, when as a fresh management graduate from the prestigious Scott College of Business, Indiana State University (USA), he came on board Steelbird International, like a man on a mission. His engineering degree in computer science prior to his management qualification was instrumental in making him perfectly poised for such a professional opportunity. The rest, as they say, is history.

Today Manav is setting new benchmarks in the world of automotive components, spearheading his company Steelbird to new frontiers. His passion for gaining insight and knowledge makes him an authority on the concerned categories – Rubber Parts and Filters, making Steelbird International grow in double digits year on year. His interventions have made both categories find new dimensions in terms of product innovation, processes, technology and acceptance in newer markets, a testimony to the young man’s visionary outlook.

Going beyond business, he has introduced radical improvements in working standards with the deployment of world-class machines, reduced hazards to near-zero with advanced safety mechanisms and strict compliance norms, thus making lives better for all stakeholders, from workers on assembly lines to employees in office, as well as vendors, associates and channel partners.
